By accessing or using the WoodEx Contracting website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

WoodEx Contracting provides excavation, sitework, grading, drainage, utility support, land clearing, and related contracting services in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area. Information on the Site is for general marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.

Free estimates are provided based on information supplied by the prospective client and a site visit when applicable. Estimates are subject to change if project conditions, scope, access, or permitting requirements change. A signed proposal and any required deposit are required to schedule work.

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or invoice. We typically accept checks and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to interest or collection action as permitted by Pennsylvania law.

We understand schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations or delays that cause equipment or crew mobilization costs.

WoodEx Contracting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by or licensed to WoodEx Contracting and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or tools, such as our chat widget provider. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date noted below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
